This week's practice is the rubber band technique. The goal is to stay away from negative thoughts by replacing them with positive energy and love. Place a rubber band around your wrist. Whenever you catch yourself having negative thoughts, pull the rubber band and let it go suddenly. (Ouch, I know it hurts) Immediately after, tap your chest with your hand while reciting ; I am lovable and I deserve the best. At the end of the week, your brain will resist the negative thoughts due to associating pain with the negative thoughts. Please share your experience in the comments.
