“Be proud of who you are and believe you deserve the best, and then good things will happen to you. Remember, the moment you start wondering if you deserve better, YOU DO.” - Rashel Keshmiri

Self-actualization has no "happy ever after." It is a continual process of "becoming" and improving, always growing and seeking more fulfillment and potential.
My advice to you if you want to break through and move toward self-actualization: Try to have a rainbow personality. Be cheerful, passionate, and flexible. Follow your enthusiasm, be unbeatable, and at the same time be considerate of others.
I began writing this book as a way to share real-life examples of how psychotherapy and learning can create healing and change. However, as I was documenting these cases from my own practice, I came to a new realization: My biography itself is a story of deep and life-changing transformation.
This is exactly how I felt after I saw the number of books ordered in the first day of release (60 orders). What do you call it? Express the feeling in 1 or 2 words!!!
